Predictions are delivered via SMS within 5 minutes of successful MPESA payment. If you haven't received them within 10 minutes, please contact us immediately with your MPESA transaction code.
What if I make a payment but don't receive predictions? +
Contact us immediately via WhatsApp with your MPESA transaction code and phone number. We'll verify the payment and resend predictions within 15 minutes.
Can I get a refund if predictions are wrong? +
